Purpose and Motive

Creating harmonious communities is the Servus Credit Union way. This website’s photo, story and video uploads are intended to reinforce our strong cooperative beliefs. We invite you to share your stories with us. Through photos, videos or text, tell us how you caused or will continue the Feel Good Ripple.

Uploading

Before uploading a photo, story or video (collectively referred to as any “Materials”) to our site, carefully read these terms and conditions of use. You must agree to these terms and conditions by clicking “I agree” in the space provided below in order to upload any Materials to our site.

By agreeing to these terms & conditions you confirm that you are over the age of majority in your province of residence and you hereby license to Servus Credit Union the worldwide right in perpetuity to use, publish, edit, reproduce and copy the Materials in any and all media for the purposes of promoting Servus Credit Union and its services. Your Materials may be included in the Ripple Wall gallery, but Servus is under no obligation to include your Materials. You are also allowing Servus Credit Union to use or reproduce the Materials or any part thereof on its website or in other promotional materials and agree that you are not and will not be entitled to any type of compensation. You are also authorizing Servus Credit Union to use your name, likeness (if that forms part of the Materials) and city of residence in its promotional materials associated with the use of your Materials.

You hereby confirm that the Materials you are submitting are original to you; that you created, wrote, photographed or taped the Material yourself. You warrant that you have not submitted a photo, video or story created by someone other than yourself. You guarantee that you are the sole owner of the copyright of any Materials submitted and you have not included any music, artwork or images not originally created by you as any part of the Materials.

You acknowledge that you have sufficient written permission of any recognizable locations or people appearing in the Materials to be able to grant to Servus Credit Union the right to use the Materials as set out in these terms & conditions, and you hereby grant to Servus Credit Union such right.

You agree to hold harmless and release Servus Credit Union, its staff, officers and affiliated entities from loss, claim, injury, damage or expense, including, but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and costs, which may arise and are in any way connected or associated with the uploading of Materials by you to feelgoodripple.ca, and the use of such Materials by Servus Credit Union.

www.feelgoodripple.ca is a Servus Credit Union site. Servus reserves the right to reject any Materials that it deems as unsuitable or inappropriate.
